WG: Created / Made / Formed¶
Overview¶
The create/make/form cluster distinguishes creating, doing/making, and shaping/forming language while showing how Hebrew creation vocabulary overlaps in the LXX with broad Greek making language.

- Do / Make: H6213 asah and G4160 poieo - broad action verbs that can include making but are not limited to creation.
- Form / Shape: H3335 yatsar - shaping/forming language, frequently paired with H1254 and H6213.
- Greek Create (verb): G2936 ktizo - principal Greek creation verb counterpart.
- Greek Creation (noun — act/order): G2937 ktisis - the act of creating or the created order collectively; includes "new creature" sense.
- Greek Creation (noun — product): G2938 ktisma - a concrete created thing/product.
- Same-spelling Distinction: H3334 yatsar - distress/press sense; included because the relationship gatherer surfaced it, but it should not be collapsed into H3335.
