Isa 24:23

וְחָֽפְרָה֙ הַלְּבָנָ֔ה וּבֹושָׁ֖ה הַֽחַמָּ֑ה כִּֽי־מָלַ֞ךְ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָאֹ֗ות בְּהַ֤ר צִיֹּון֙ וּבִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם וְנֶ֥גֶד זְקֵנָ֖יו כָּבֹֽוד׃

zeqenayv (zaqen H2205 adj.mp.abs + 3ms suffix = 'his elders'). The LORD of hosts reigns in mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before his elders gloriously. LXX uses presbyteroi for this word. Context is cosmic (moon/sun confounded) suggesting a heavenly/eschatological setting. This is a potential OT background for the heavenly elders of Revelation.
