Question

In Daniel 8:14, did Daniel intentionally use 'erev boqer' (evening-morning) instead of his usual 'yamim' (days) as a deliberate fingerprint of concealment for the time period — encodable because a day-for-year decoder already existed in Numbers 14:34 and Ezekiel 4:6 — with Gabriel's command to 'seal the vision' (Daniel 8:26) confirming the concealment is intentional? And is the resulting years-reading confirmed (with Daniel 9's 'chathak' the strongest confirmation, not the sole proof)?
