Rev 1:12 "And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;" - Greek: hepta lychnias chrysas — seven golden lampstands (lychnia G3087, Acc Pl F)

Rev 1:13 "And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle." - Greek: en meso ton lychnion — in the midst of the lampstands (lychnia G3087, Gen Pl F) - podere = priestly/high priestly robe; zone chrysan = golden sash

Rev 1:20 "The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches." - EXPLICIT identification: lampstands = churches

Rev 2:1 "Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;"

Rev 2:5 "Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent." - Removal of lampstand = removal of church's witness/standing

Rev 4:5 "And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God." - Greek: hepta lampades pyros — seven torches of fire (lampas G2985, Nom Pl F) - NOT lychnia but lampas — different word for the throne room - EXPLICIT: lampades = seven Spirits of God

Rev 8:10 "And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp..." - lampas G2985 — torch/lamp (simile for falling star)

Rev 11:4 "These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth." - lychnia G3087 — the two witnesses as lampstands

Rev 18:23 "And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee..." - lychnos G3088 — lamp/light source; judgment on Babylon

Rev 21:23 "And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof." - lychnos G3088 — the Lamb IS the lamp of the city

Rev 22:5 "And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever." - lychnos G3088 — no lamp needed; God Himself is the light
