CRITICAL OBSERVATION: Dan 8:14

The KJV translation "be cleansed" for nitsdaq in Dan 8:14 is unique -- tsadaq is NEVER translated "cleansed" anywhere else in the OT. The standard cleansing verb is taher (H2891), which is used 94 times. Daniel deliberately chose a forensic/legal term (tsadaq) rather than the available ritual vocabulary (taher or kaphar).
