CRITICAL notes: - ἐγεμίσθη (aorist PASSIVE) — "was filled" — divine passive, God is the agent. Compare ἐγέμισεν (8:5, aorist ACTIVE) — angel actively fills censer. Voice shift from active to passive tracks the transition from human-mediated to divine-sourced. - καπνοῦ ἐκ τῆς δόξης... καὶ ἐκ τῆς δυνάμεως — smoke FROM glory AND FROM power. Dual source with ἐκ (from/out of). No OT parallel pairs doxa + dynamis as source. - οὐδεὶς ἐδύνατο εἰσελθεῖν — "no one was ABLE to enter" — imperfect tense (ἐδύνατο) = ongoing inability. Both verses use ἠνοίγη (same aorist passive form of ἀνοίγω = "was opened"). The temple opens at 11:19 revealing the ark of the covenant, and opens again at 15:5 with the testimony named explicitly. διαθήκη (covenant) and μαρτύριον (testimony) are complementary — the covenant/law is the testimony/standard.
