Synoptic Parallel Comparison (Mark 7 vs Matthew 15)

From greek_parallel_passages.py --compare "MRK 7" "MAT 15": - Mark 7:6 / Matt 15:8 (score 106) -- Isaiah quote about lips/heart - Mark 7:10 / Matt 15:4 (score 71) -- Moses said honor father/mother - Mark 7:7 / Matt 15:9 (score 58) -- Teaching commandments of men - Mark 7:11 / Matt 15:5 (score 59) -- Corban/gift argument - Mark 7:15 / Matt 15:20 (score 22) -- What defiles a man - Mark 7:18 / Matt 15:17 (score 25) -- Goes into belly/draught

Key observation: Mark 7:19 has no high-scoring parallel in Matthew. Matthew 15:17 parallels the "belly/draught" language but Matthew 15:20 provides the EXPLICIT conclusion: "but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man." This conclusion is absent from Mark.
