The textual evidence of Daniel 7 establishes several findings with varying levels of confidence.

At the Explicit tier (53 items), the text presents four sequential beasts interpreted by an angel as four kingdoms (Dan 7:17, 23). The succession is marked by explicit ordinals and temporal markers (first, another-second, after-this, after-this-fourth). A little horn arises from the fourth beast's ten-horn division, speaking against the Most High, wearing out the saints, and thinking to change times and laws for a bounded period of 3.5 "times" (Dan 7:24-25). A judgment scene convenes in heaven with thrones placed, the Ancient of Days seated, books opened, and the judgment "taking its seat" (Dan 7:9-10). The Son of Man comes TO the Ancient of Days and receives an everlasting kingdom (Dan 7:13-14). The saints ultimately possess the kingdom forever (Dan 7:18, 22, 27). Five E-items are classified Historicist (those stating the everlasting kingdom as terminus and temporal succession language), zero are Anti-Historicist.

At the Necessary Implication tier (8 items), the following are established: the four beasts correspond to Daniel 2's four metals (N1); the kingdoms are identifiable through Gabriel's naming of three (N2); the little horn arises from within the fourth kingdom and is distinct from political kings (N3); the judgment is a heavenly judicial proceeding (N4); the Son of Man's movement in Dan 7:13 is toward God, not toward earth (N5); Daniel 7 expands Daniel 2 by inserting the judgment mechanism (N6); Revelation's composite beast incorporates all four Daniel 7 beasts with verbatim vocabulary (N7); and the "time, times, and half a time" is mathematically equivalent to 42 months and 1260 days across three languages (N8).

At the Inference tier (6 items), four I-A inferences support the Historicist position: continuous gap-free succession (I1), Rome as the fourth kingdom (I2), the papacy as the little horn (I3), and a pre-advent heavenly judgment (I4). One I-B inference supports the Anti-Historicist position (the fourth kingdom is Greece / little horn is Antiochus, I5), resolved STRONG against by Gabriel's treatment of Media-Persia as one kingdom, the ten-horn count, the iron vocabulary link, and the everlasting-kingdom terminus. One I-D inference supports the Anti-Historicist position (the little horn is exclusively a future Antichrist, I6), requiring a gap concept the text does not state.

The chapter's contribution to the historicist proof series is twofold. First, it expands the succession principle established in Daniel 2 by adding the judgment mechanism -- the heavenly court that explains HOW dominion transfers from human empires to God's eternal kingdom. Second, it introduces the throne-room and judgment vocabulary (thrones, Ancient of Days, books, Son of Man, everlasting dominion) that Revelation develops extensively. The verbal and structural links -- the identical numerical formula for heavenly attendants (Dan 7:10 = Rev 5:11), the verbatim Greek phrase for the beast's speech (Dan 7:8 Theodotion = Rev 13:5), the cross-language time-period equivalence (Dan 7:25 = Dan 12:7 = Rev 12:14 = Rev 11:2-3 = Rev 12:6 = Rev 13:5) -- constitute observable textual connections, not interpretive constructs. These connections establish that Revelation presupposes, absorbs, and develops Daniel 7's prophetic framework.
