The third kai is the debated conjunction. The phrase "Israel of God" (ton Israel tou Theou) is unique in the NT.
Galatians 3:16¶
Greek: τῷ δὲ Ἀβραὰμ ἐρρέθησαν αἱ ἐπαγγελίαι καὶ τῷ σπέρματι αὐτοῦ. οὐ λέγει Καὶ τοῖς σπέρμασιν, ὡς ἐπὶ πολλῶν, ἀλλ' ὡς ἐφ' ἑνός Καὶ τῷ σπέρματί σου, ὅς ἐστιν Χριστός.
Key: σπέρματι (Dat Sg N) vs σπέρμασιν (Dat Pl N) -- Paul's singular/plural argument. The relative pronoun ὅς (hos, Nom Sg M) identifies the seed as masculine = a person = Christ.
Galatians 3:28-29¶
