KEY GRAMMATICAL NOTE: The structure "ouk egnōristhē... hōs nyn apekalyphthē" = "was not made known... AS it is now revealed." The adverb hōs (G5613) introduces a comparison. The negation (ouk) is qualified by hōs -- the mystery was not made known TO THE DEGREE/IN THE MANNER that it is now revealed. This is NOT "was not made known AT ALL" but "was not made known IN THIS WAY."

KEY: The infinitive clause "einai ta ethnē synklēronoma kai syssōma kai symmetocha" is the content clause explaining what the mystery IS. The three syn- (co-/joint-) compound adjectives ALL modify "ta ethnē" (the Gentiles). The mystery = Gentiles being co-heirs, co-body-members, co-partakers of the promise in Christ through the gospel.
