Key: Dan 12:2 uses dual-outcome bodily resurrection language (everlasting life vs. shame/everlasting contempt), anchored by dera'on hapax pair to Isa 66:24. The Ezk 37 metaphorical defense is invalid: Ezk 37 has single national outcome, Dan 12:2 has dual individual outcomes.

Key: PRET maps Dan 2:44's stone to Christ's inaugurated kingdom. This is actually one of PRET's stronger arguments (inaugurated-kingdom texts: Matt 12:28, Col 1:13, Heb 12:28). But it requires ka-chadah simultaneous destruction to be metaphorical.

QUOTATIONS AND ALLUSIONS¶

The extensive NT quotation of OT prophecy is relevant because three independent NT authors (Jesus, Paul, John) all extend Daniel's imagery beyond the Maccabean era. This is not a single author's interpretation but a cross-authorial pattern.

INTERPRETATION¶

Nave's entry is minimal (dreams, foreign tongues). The hermeneutical questions about Daniel — literal vs. day-year time, single vs. multiple fulfillment, Maccabean scope cap — are not addressed in Nave's topical system because these are systematic-theology level questions.
